Finial Publishing is fully committed to the highest data security possible. Be assured that all information relating to our customers is stored in a highly secure environment. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information you provide to us online.

When you browse Finial Publishing, you do so anonymously. We do not collect your name, e-mail address or any other personal information unless you provide it to us. We do log your IP address (the Internet address of your computer) to give us an idea of which parts of our website you visit and how long you spend there. Your browser also automatically supplies us with the type of computer and operating system you are using. We do not follow your browsing path outside of Finial Publishing.

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter and providing an e-mail address.

If you provide us with your e-mail or postal address, or have done so in the past, we will ask you if we can use it to send you updates on the latest Finial Publishing products and promotions.

In order to make improvements in the way we communicate and interact with customers, Finial Publishing may also compile aggregate data from all of our customers to prepare internal reports about which pages are popular, how many total unique users visit our site, and different traffic patterns. Finial Publishing does not use your personally identifiable information with information about pages visited, purchases made, or any other clickstream data.

We do not use cookies to track your web browsing away from Finial Publishing, nor can we. We cannot tell where you have been or where you go once you leave the Finial Publishing site. We do not use cookies to match you with any outside or third party database.

We send out e-mail updates on our books and promotions, only when you indicate your agreement to receive these e-mails. All e-mail offers that you receive from Finial Publishing will tell you how to decline further e-mail offers.

We also use e-mail as a means of communicating with our customers. We love to hear from you, and we encourage you to e-mail us with your questions or comments. We read every e-mail we receive.

We do not contribute to or participate in shared or cooperative databases, which give other companies access to your personal information. We do not release credit card or financial information for use by other companies. We do not share, sell or trade information collected as part of a survey or specific details about you or your household. For privacy purposes, all information relating to our customers is stored on a highly secure server.

Finial Publishing wants you to be delighted with your books and related products and we take care to bring you a flawless product. Do inspect your shipment carefully, however, since Finial Publishing books and related products are not returnable for any reason except damage or defect. We carefully inspect our books and related products individually before it leaves the shop, but in the rare instance a defect is noted, please contact us as soon as possible, but within 14 days.

Once we receive your return, we credit the appropriate account as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days; we also send you an e-mail to let you know the refund is complete.

Color and finish disclaimer

Due to variations on computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that the displayed image on your computer will match exactly to the physical product, but you can contact us for retail and other venues where you can see our products.

At Finial Publishing, we are committed to pleasing you. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, but no later than 14 days from receipt. We will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement or a credit.

1. Call or write us regarding your damaged or defective item,
2. Pack Your Return: Wrap your item carefully in its original box and enclose the packing slip with your return.
3. When your package is wrapped, e-mail us. We will provide you a Return Authorization and shipping address.
4. Check your e-mail: If we have your e-mail address, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been processed and the proper account is credited. You should expect the credit in your account no later than 14 business days after we have received your return.

If you have misplaced your packing slip, you can simply send us a note with your full name, e-mail address, order number, and the name/item number of the item(s) you're returning.

Finial Publishing recommends you track your return so that you can confirm we have received your package. The U.S. Post Office offers delivery confirmation for a nominal fee. Also, you may consider insuring your return. If you elect to use another carrier to ship your return, we recommend you use any carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL that provides tracking information.

Because of the speed in which your custom order is processed, there are no cancellations BEYOND 2 HOURS FROM THE TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED. E-mail us as soon as possible at fnp@habitatmart.com to notify us of any changes or cancellations.

Because we promote the highest standard of quality in our products, we do not offer exchanges. You can contact us for retail and other venues where you can see our products in person.

Finial Publishing is pleased to process your orders quickly and can offer industry standard discounts for order quantities over 10, subject to the restricted return policies and pre-payment terms typical for smaller publishers.

FOREIGN RIGHTS

All Finial Publishing books have world English rights, and are available for resale anywhere in the world. Please contact us for information regarding availability of translation rights for specific markets.
